With more than 10 years experience as a counsellor behind me, I now also work as a supervisor. I supervise both individuals and groups, at levels from trainee to qualified therapist. I work privately but also supervise for a counselling charity.
I supervise therapists from both integrative and humanistic approaches, including those who are general counsellors, those who specialise in psychosexual and relationship therapy and those who work with adolescents. My personal approach to supervision is integrative with an existentialist underpinning. I also have considerable experience of a variety of other approaches (including TA, Gestalt, CBT, Psychodynamic and Person-Centred) which I use to inform my supervision of those from other approaches.
I hold a Diploma in Supervision and Consultancy (with Distinction) from The Grove Consultancy.
